I'm having a wonderful time with my husband and son in Estes Park this week. Today we hiked the Nymph, Dream, Emerald Lakes trail and the alluvial fan trail in Rocky Mountain National Park. The highlight of the day was when my son tried to cross the stream at the alluvial fan and fell in. He got soaked from head to toes. He's been a good sport about the teasing and is none the worse for wear. Tomorrow, the eight-mile hike??? Maybe :)
